Reconciling Ministries Network

Hope Collective Church is proud to be an active member of the Reconciling Ministries Network (RMN). Reconciling Ministries Network equips and mobilizes United Methodists of all sexual orientations and gender identities to resist evil, injustice and oppression in whatever forms they present themselves.

What Is RMN?

RMN is a network of church congregations, communities, and campus ministries who affiliate with RMN and embrace RMN’s commitment to achieving LGBTQ justice and full inclusion in the life and ministry of The United Methodist Church, both in policy and in practice. They engage in the ministry of Reconciliation in two ways:

  1. Outreach, affirmation, and intersectional ministry with and for LGBTQ persons in the local setting.
  2. Creating opportunities to engage in dialogue, build relationships, and advocate for changes to Church policies related to ordination equality, marriage equality, and the availability of funds that help make LGBTQ justice a reality.

In addition, Hope Collective encourages individuals to join RMN as Reconciling United Methodists as they are the backbone of RMN!  Allies, LGBTQIA+ and everyone who wants to support and seek justice for ALL people are invited to be a part of this advocacy and support network.
